No more option to change AI difficulty in multiplayer game

Since the last update, there are no more option to change AI difficulty in multiplayer games. The AI is currently stucked in hard mode (the last mode me and my friend played with). I use the French location of the game.
Steps :
1) Go in multiplayer mode
2) Create lobby
3) Pick skirmish mode, leave anything by default
4) Create Lobby

KanadorYup noticed taht today to. Can t change the difficulty in a Multiplayer Lobby. We are new to the game and we was wondering how to do that. Need to go in forums to ask ppl whats going on...
