Gamebreaking bug: Conquest destroy House Ecaz mission loading loop

When I start the mission to completely destroy House Ecaz loading progresses to 98% and then resets back to 0%. I tried verifying the files and everything was ok. Anyway to fix this? I can't start the mission.

Sp8iit goes to 22% then to 0% then the 98% loop

The AdvantagesSame problem here. Also playing as Corrino, also trying to eliminate Ecaz's last base. My campaign playthrough started after the newest patch, so it is not a corrupted save problem.

On Discord there are currently two reports like this, one is Vernius eliminating Ecaz's base, another Atreides eliminating Corrino's base.
