A special region without spice but with spice extraction +25%

Hi! My native language is Russian. Therefore, if something is unclear, do not be offended.
Started playing Conquest.
In the first mission, I got the region from the screenshot.
Correct the creation of regions on the map. Because there must be spice in this special region in order to be able to extract it with a +25% amount.

I don't have a save game anymore. I think I played house Vernius in campaign mode vs. Atreides & Harkonnen last time (14 Mar) but don't remember the concrete factions on the map.
