Deployed Corrino Artillery costs extra CP

When you buy a Corrino artillery drone, it costs 5 command points and 5 Fuel. When you deploy it, it now costs 6 CP and 4 Fuel.
100% repeatable, very frustrating when I have a capped army and deploying my artillery cuts my damage in half because of CP deficit.

EnvyDragon(EDIT: I think I swapped it in my head actually, the deficit happens when I unsiege to reposition after buying a few conscripts to reach my cap)
