Sietch still "allied" with another faction after it was destroyed
I was playing Conquest, in a match vs Corrino and Harkonen. I eliminated Corrino to gain access to a few territory with sietches, as the objective was to gain 5 alliances. However, one of those sietches still said that "it is allied to another player", even though I was controlling the territory, had a relationship of 100, and Harkonnen was nowhere close.

TautrimasUnfortunately I do not have it. It was not gamebreaking so I continued playing, I just found another sietch to ally.
That territory was previously Corrino's, it got liberated when Corrino's base was destroyed. When I reached 100 and tried to ally, it didn't let me, saying "It's already allied to another faction". There was no prompt which faction that was, but I suspect it was Corrino. That is all that I remember :/ -

TrolexI ran into the same issue. my problem is i killed both the other factions before i figured out it was a bug. my save game is now 100% not wianable, as setelling the regions does nothing.

TempestI just encountered this problem. Conquest as Corrino vs Atreides and Harkonnen, objective to ally with five sietches. I eliminated Atreides by destroying their base, and then captured three of their former territories which had sietches. I was able to ally with two of them, but I could not ally with that sietch - even though I control the territory and had 100 relations with the sietch - because it was allied with another faction. This sietch was on the far side of the map from Harkonnen, and Harkonnen had never controlled that territory, so I cannot imagine any way that they could have been allies. Presumably the ally that was blocking my alliance was Atreides, which should not have been possible because eliminating a sietch's ally should end that alliance.

Homicidal IcebergThis happened to me, as well. I was playing Conquest as Harkonnen and took out my Corrino opponent to get access to his territory. Also, in this game, Corrino takes a space with their second imperial base and that spot has Fremen. After taking that base out, I can't access that territory to befriend the Fremen.
Link to Saved game. This is a few in-game days after my conquest of Corrino
